This lot has undergone a 72 hour semi anaerobic fermentation. Cherries were picked, washed, put in a tank or plastic bag with a small hole. Then, cherries fermented with Lactobacilious for 3 days.

Manis means ‘sweet’ in the Bahasa language and is also used to describe something, or someone, that is loved by all.
